Bookings and Availability

All ceremonial bookings depend on pandit availability, travel feasibility across Bangalore localities, chosen date, and auspicious muhurat timing. Enquiries submitted through the website, telephone, or WhatsApp are verified and confirmed directly between Pandit Subodh Pandey and the devotee before a date is finalized.

Promotional Offers & Pricing Transparency

To maintain complete transparency in accordance with ethical advertising standards:

• Promotional pricing (such as 40% Off on All Puja Bookings) applies strictly to the pandit ritual dakshina (priest service fees) for home and business ceremonies across Bangalore.
• Physical ritual items (pure cow ghee, fruits, flowers, coconuts, havan samidha wood, and copper utensils) are provided at actual wholesale market procurement cost and are exempt from service fee discounts.
• A clear, itemized quote detailing the dakshina, travel arrangement, and samagri kit breakdown is shared directly before booking confirmation. There are zero hidden fees.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are requested to provide accurate residential or venue address details, family gotra/sankalp requirements, and preferred puja timing. Customers are responsible for arranging apartment society permissions (e.g. for smoke ventilation during small havans) and timely access to the ceremony premises.

Payments and Service Scope

Agreed service dakshina may be settled after the ceremony via UPI, cash, or direct transfer. Advance deposits, if requested for high-demand dates (such as Sarva Pitru Amavasya or Akshaya Tritiya), are documented clearly in writing via WhatsApp or receipt.
