Cancellation Notice

If you need to cancel a confirmed puja, please notify us as early as possible via direct phone call or WhatsApp. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled muhurat time can be accommodated with no cancellation penalties on service fees.

Advance Deposits and Refunds

In rare cases where an advance deposit was paid for special festival dates:

• If cancelled 24 hours or more before the puja, any advance booking fee is refunded in full within 3–5 business days via the original UPI or bank payment mode.
• For same-day cancellations where fresh perishable samagri (flowers, fresh fruits, sweets, garlands) was already purchased, the actual cost of those physical perishables will be deducted, and the remaining amount refunded.

Rescheduling with Auspicious Muhurat

Life events and emergencies happen. Devotees can reschedule their puja to any upcoming auspicious date or muhurat at zero additional rescheduling charge, subject to Pandit Subodh Pandey's calendar availability.
